Curt S. Clifton
Chief Technology Officer
Curt Clifton is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of ViaPath Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s entire technology portfolio. He has overhauled the product and engineering groups to focus on customer satisfaction and product performance, integrating multiple overlapping business units into one organization.
He has also consolidated multiple software and hardware solutions, around a centralized platform and consolidated product roadmap to allow for increased efficiency of development, cost savings, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage and ease of service and support.
Prior to joining ViaPath Technologies, Clifton was the Chief Executive Officer of Telmate, LLC. There he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Telmate and implementing the long-term strategy for products and business goals. He also provided oversight and strategy to all aspects of the business including legal, sales, business development, account management, service, engineering, products, and marketing. Finally, he managed from concept to close, the sale of Telmate and affiliated companies to ViaPath Technologies.
Before he joined Telmate, Clifton was a Strategic Advisor at Dickstein Shapiro and founder of the Tactical Revenue Solutions Practice. There he was responsible for building and managing teams tasked with designing and implementing federal and state legislative and regulatory strategies focused on interpreting and shaping policy to enhance revenue streams and mitigate potential harmful regulatory impacts.
Clifton also spent 12 years as Chief of Staff to a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, providing counsel on all legislation, communications, and political oversight, while supervising the staff of the office.
