No, our rebrand will not change the way we do business with you. Over time, we will be rebranding products, training programs, and materials to include our new company logo. Your Account Manager and Sales teams will be happy to assist you with any specific questions regarding your account.
There will be no change to functionality at this time, but over the next few months you will see the ViaPath name and logo replace the GTL name and logo in your applications.
There will be no immediate change for the incarcerated individuals and/or their families. We will keep your staff informed throughout the transition and your Account Manager will work with you on how to communicate these changes to your incarcerated population.
Yes, all our products and services remain the same. Over time, elements will be rebranded to represent ViaPath.
At this time, there will be no impact on how incarcerated individuals and their family and friends use all products, including communications, payments, and tablet services.
